Terms and Conditions

Commissions are available on an exclusive basis; I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. Including religious, personal and professional reasons.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of order to protect my interests and to secure your space on my list.
Time allotment- If you are commissioning a work for a holiday or event, at least two months' notice before the event is required. If I feel that I cannot complete the piece within the timeframe I will refuse to do the piece.
Subject- If I feel uncomfortable due to the nature of the subject of the piece requested, I will refuse to do the piece.
My art is not available for commercial use, such as advertisements or promotions without my prior, written approval.
No vulgar language of any kind in emails or reviews of my work. I reserve the right to ignore messages that contain expletives.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns only accepted if product is undamaged.
Returns only accepted if wrong product is received.
If product arrives damaged contact Aliyah with proof photos and you will be sent a replacement.
If you wish to return an item or set of items due to wrong product delivered. Email Aliyah with explanation as to why you are returning the item along with photos of item.
Returns only accepted if item is shipped in a properly padded box or envelope. Contact Aliyah for instructions on proper return packaging.
Refunds only issued within 7 days of item's arrival. Refunds only available for wrong item sent by Imitations of Creation by Aliyah Chastain or damage upon arrival.
Exchanges only available if wrong item was received and if returned item arrives in the same condition as when it was shipped by Imitations of Creation by Aliyah Chastain.
if your piece was framed and the only the frame was damaged. Email me photos of the damage and I will send a replacement frame. A new artwork will NOT be provided.
Refunds not available for commissioned pieces that have been received.
